CommitChange record Core
One cell's uncommitted change as the application sends it to storage: the row ITEM (the grid's row identity everywhere — see CellEdit.Item), the element id, the base value the change was made AGAINST (what storage held when the user started) and the local value to write. Values are the raw edit projection, exactly what CellEdit carries.
