1. This website

This website provides information about ArionUI free of charge. Its content is provided for general information; we make no warranty that it is complete, correct or up to date. Linked external websites are the responsibility of their operators.

2. The software and its licences

ArionUI is an early preview. Two licences apply, depending on the package:

• ArionUI Core — the engine (ArionUI.Core, ArionUI.Presentation, ArionUI.Grid, ArionUI.Gpu, ArionUI.Rendering.*) is open source under the Apache License 2.0.
• ArionUI Pro — the add-on packages (grouping, pivot, charts, 3D charts, timeline, planning, formatting, layout, export) are distributed as compiled NuGet packages under the ArionUI Pro Preview Licence, which is included in each package as LICENSE-PRO.md. In short: preview versions are free of charge, also for commercial use, and may be distributed as part of your own application; they come without warranty. A preview version you have obtained stays usable under that licence even if later versions are offered on different terms.

The licence text included with the software prevails over this summary.

3. Preview status

Preview versions are unfinished. Their API and behaviour may change between versions, and errors are to be expected. We do not recommend them for production systems yet.

4. Liability

The software and this website are provided free of charge. We are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury; any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
