Nature of the offering

Information about ArionUI, a software library for .NET desktop applications, and free provision of its preview versions: the open-source engine under the Apache License 2.0, and the ArionUI Pro packages under a free preview licence. Commercial (paid) operation has not commenced.

A company is intended to be founded at a later date. Once commercial or paid operation begins, the applicable trade- and tax-law details (trade authorisation, register numbers, chamber membership, VAT ID and the competent supervisory authority) will be added.

Typefaces

This website uses the typefaces Inter (The Inter Project Authors) and JetBrains Mono (JetBrains s.r.o.), both licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The fonts are served from this website's own server, in subset form; the licence texts are published alongside the font files (Inter-OFL.txt, JetBrainsMono-OFL.txt).
