This privacy policy explains the processing of personal data on this website under the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Version: October 2026.

No data protection officer has been appointed; there is no obligation to do so under Art 37 GDPR.
2. What this website does not do
This website is a set of static pages. It has no user accounts, no forms, no analytics or tracking, no advertising, and it loads nothing from third-party servers: no web fonts, no scripts, no embedded content.
3. Delivering the pages
When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data that the web server needs to deliver it: IP address, requested address, browser identification and similar connection data. Legal basis: Art 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in delivering the website). This data is processed only for the duration of the request; the web server keeps no access log.
4. Cookies
This website sets exactly one cookie, and only when you switch the colour scheme:
theme, which stores your choice of light or dark. It contains no identifier and is never
sent to a third party. It is set at your explicit request and is exempt from consent under
§ 165(3) TKG 2021. No cookie banner is therefore shown.
5. Links to other websites
The website links to GitHub (source code, issues) and NuGet (packages). These are ordinary links: nothing is transmitted to these services until you follow a link. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies (GitHub, Inc., USA; Microsoft Corporation, USA, for NuGet).
6. Hosting
- netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe (Germany) — hosting (servers in Germany/EU). Processor under Art 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement has been concluded.
There is no transfer to third countries. Beyond this, we disclose personal data only where legally required to do so.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art 15), rectification (Art 16), erasure (Art 17), restriction (Art 18), data portability (Art 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art 21 GDPR).
Right to complain: you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
