Tokens class Core

The theme's design tokens for styles - colours and lengths that are read from ArionTheme.Current when drawn, so a style built from them looks right in every theme, light, dark or high contrast. Each has a name (accent, font-body), and Tokens.TryGet finds it by that name - the lookup a text form of style sheets would use.
